This was hilarious – like segacs, it reminded me of the more ridiculous aspects of all the hasbara efforts I’ve been involved in.

But, my favorite Eretz Nehederet skit has to be the one with the BBC correspondent with the spot-on accent (and arrogance).

This is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a long time. Kind of reminds me of my Concordia days trying to do hasbara on campus and laughing hysterically at the MFA’s content with an “are they for real?” kind of incredulity. Anyway, this was spot-on, thanks for posting the link.

I would tend to disagree.. It seemed to me they did an excellent job (and I’m not even being sarcastic. what the MFA/IDF was producing was immediately gobbled both by the official media and by many independent reporters and bloggers.
I think that state-sponsored ‘hasbara’ has come a long way since 06…
