Reporters have been going to enemies countries so many times because this is there job. Most of the time those visits are being ignored by the authorities, but at least one time the authorities helped a reporter getting in Lebanon. Itai Engle (by the way in my opinion he is one of the best reporters in Israel), went into Lebanon with an Israeli combat unit during the Lebanon war.
