Well, since you asked: I find both songs quite disposable (which might well be different if I could speak the languages), and neither of the women does much for me. I'm afraid I have very simple tastes If forced to choose (to complete the poll) I'd say Haifa, but the preference is minor (brown hair rather than blonde).
Have a look at/listen to our fellow Canadian Sarah McLaughlan for my musical, econo-political and aesthetic preference.

Haifa for looks –Shiri looked much better before she peroxided her hair (ok, like I'm one to talk…:) and the makeup they did on her in this video is ghoulish. Shiri gets the vote on the voice though.
